Job summary

Philips is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the design authority for the portfolio in the region. You will translate customer needs into complete, scalable solution designs, orchestrate specialists, and ensure design quality from opportunity through delivery and handover.

You will own architecture, validation frameworks and the SoW process for complex projects, coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Engineering and Service teams to drive alignment and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution architecture across healthcare tech and IT environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1) and French (near-native).
• Experience creating solution documentation, templates, and SoWs with clear scope and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio design readiness and end-to-end view of the portfolio in the region.
• Act as design authority to define solution architecture and key design decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver validated, scalable, secure designs.
• Develop reusable design patterns and respond to design governance requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering and Service to align on solutions.
