A global parts specialist is seeking a Solution Analyst in Belgium to assess, design, and implement solutions for business processes by translating functional needs into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of functional analysis experience, strong knowledge of SDLC, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with Product and Business Owners, driving alignment with corporate goals. An attractive salary package and dynamic team environment are offered.

Overview

As a Solution Analyst at TVH, your primary role is to assess, design, and implement solutions for business processes and requirements by translating functional needs into technical specifications and optimizing system performance. You\'ll work closely with Product and Business Owners, designing future-proof solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy.

Your role and responsibilities

• Elicit and document various types of requirements (business, functional) to ensure clear and concise functional specifications.
• Collect, understand Item-to-product processes, specify the technical processes.
• Understand how a build solution is rolled-out and how it integrates with other (Buy or Build) components.
• Able to deep dive into complex technical item master data topics and simplify them for the business, while contributing to strengthen TVH Parts Data model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand corporate needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Drive the squad in its understanding of all user stories you created in order to make sure that the squad can make an accurate and realistic estimate of the story.
• Design future-proof functional solutions that take into account the global context of different business lines in order to have a solid basis for future implementations.
• Update and maintain professional knowledge and demonstrate up-to-date expertise on the company processes within the assigned functional domain in order to do profound research and recommend solutions and improvements for the benefit of the organization.
• Assist the Product owner and Digital Product Manager in the functional area by providing follow-up and guidance of development and implementation of new or modified features.
• Ability to communicate technical information to individuals with non-technical backgrounds/experience.

How to succeed / your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional analysis and translating corporate needs into functional specifications.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Not mandatory – Appreciated to have Oracle understanding
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commercial Sciences, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong team player with good communication skills; committed to transparency and collaboration, you also like to participate in the life of the team and the company
• Proactive worker with a dynamic approach on how to tackle issues in a complex environment.
• Attention to detail with proficient organization and time management skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with employees at all levels across the organization.
• Engage in occasional travel for project collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
