TVH Group in Belgium is seeking an Integration Lead to define the strategy, architecture and rollout of enterprise integration. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT and external vendors to map the roadmap, govern API and middleware readiness, and ensure robust data exchange across business domains.

You will lead end-to-end integration projects, manage budgets (€50k–€100k), report progress to leadership, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and mentor the team to deliver secure,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system integration or IT project management, with a proven track record of managing multi-party technical implementations.
  • Strong background in integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and vendor selection.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement across procedures and tools.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change enablement skills.
  • Proactive mindset to deliver qualitative, secure, and durable end-to-end solutions.

Responsabilités

  • Integration planning & strategy
  • Define the integration scope, and own the overarching integration roadmap and project plans.
  • Define in alignment with technical leadership the architecture for APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols to ensure scalable connectivity.
  • Proactively identify, map, and manage cross-functional interdependencies and critical paths across various business domains and external vendors to prevent project delays.
  • Integration execution & governance
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integration projects, overseeing the design, build, and rigorous testing phases (SIT/UAT) to ensure delivery on time, within budget (€50k–€100k scale), and to high quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain robust reporting mechanisms, providing transparent updates on integration progress, budget consumption, and critical risks to program leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate testing cycles and defect-resolution triage between external vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders prior to technical rollout.
  • Implement risk mitigation, continuous improvement practices, and root-cause analysis to guarantee system stability and prevent recurring issues.
  • Stakeholder & vendor management
  • Coordinate technical teams, external suppliers, and implementation partners to ensure aligned delivery against project requirements.
  • Engage closely with business and IT stakeholders to address needs, manage change impact, and secure buy-in across all organizational levels.

As the Integration Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and execution of all system integration activities within our transformation program. You will engage with Enterprise Architecture, IT, and external vendors to define the integration roadmap, oversee all API and middleware readiness activities, and manage the technical rollout across business domains. This role is critical for ensuring seamless connectivity, data flow integrity, and robust system interoperability across the enterprise landscape.

Your role and responsibilities
