Role and Responsibilities

• Elicit and document various types of requirements (business, functional) to ensure clear and concise functional specifications.
• Collect and understand Item-to-product processes, specifying the technical processes.
• Understand how a build solution is rolled‑out and how it integrates with other (Buy or Build) components.
• Deep‑dive into complex technical item master data topics and simplify them for the business, while contributing to strengthen TVH Parts Data model.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand corporate needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Drive the squad in its understanding of all user stories you created to ensure accurate and realistic estimates.
• Design future‑proof functional solutions that consider global contexts of different business lines to form a solid basis for future implementations.
• Update and maintain professional knowledge, demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise on company processes, research and recommend solutions and improvements for the organization.
• Assist the Product Owner and Digital Product Manager in providing follow‑up and guidance on development and implementation of new or modified features.
• Communicate technical information to individuals with non‑technical backgrounds or experience.

How to Succeed / Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional analysis and translating corporate needs into functional specifications.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Appreciated but not mandatory: Oracle understanding.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commercial Sciences, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong team player with good communication skills; committed to transparency and collaboration.
• Proactive worker with a dynamic approach to tackling issues in a complex environment.
• Attention to detail with proficient organization and time‑management skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
