Bridge Industrial bv. Brussels area is seeking a Software Solution Specialist to implement, configure and maintain Ivanti Service Manager-based solutions. You will work with business users to translate IT service management needs into robust configurations and workflows.

You will collaborate with IT operations, contribute to end‑to‑end project delivery, and support testing and training of end users. A strong ITIL background and hands‑on experience with service management tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must‑have degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with service management tools (preferably Ivanti Service Manager).
• Knowledge of ITIL‑based service management.
• Solid experience in planning, development, operations and enhancement of applications or software systems.
• Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Experience with MS SQL, SOAP and REST API.
• Experience in IT operations management.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies.

The Users Support product line is part of the broader Digital Workplace environment. The team develops and maintains robust, user‑friendly tools that support other teams in delivering high‑quality services.

The main platform within this scope is Ivanti Service Manager, where employees submit their requests and support agents handle and resolve tickets. Due to the expansion of the domain, the team is looking for a Software Solution Specialist.

Main Tasks

• Implementation and development of functional and technical requirements through configuration or scripting.
• Operational management and software maintenance together with the team.
• Advising key users on IT service management topics and best practices.
• Participating end‑to‑end in new developments and configurations.
• Initiating improvements and contributing to the further evolution of the software.
• Supporting the integration of the software within the broader application and system landscape.
• Supporting the testing and training of end users.

Requirements

Must‑haves

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with service management tools (preferably Ivanti Service Manager).
• Knowledge of ITIL‑based service management.
