Corilus in Belgium is seeking a Software Engineer Node.js / TypeScript to help build the next generation of healthcare software used by doctors, pharmacists, nurses and care coordinators. The role spans the full stack, from UI to backend services, with ownership of features and collaboration with product stakeholders.

You will work with AWS serverless architectures, Angular frontends, and a strong emphasis on code quality in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience building applications on AWS, preferably with Serverless/Lambda.
• Professional experience with Angular or a modern frontend framework.
• Experience delivering features across frontend and backend in Agile/Scrum.
• English communication; French is a plus.

About The Role

As a Software Engineer Node.js / TypeScript, you will contribute to building impactful solutions used by healthcare professionals. You will work across the full stack, taking ownership of features from the user interface through backend services and databases, while working closely with product stakeholders and fellow engineers.

Profile

• 2-5 years of professional Full Stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Practical experience building applications on AWS, preferably with Serverless/Lambda.
• Professional experience with a modern frontend framework, such as Angular.
• Experience developing features across both frontend and backend.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Interest in or exposure to Java and React is a strong plus.
• Comfortable communicating in English (French is a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
