About The Role

As a Team Lead Medical Secretary, you are ultimately responsible for delivering a high quality and efficient service to Ringphone’s end customers. You lead a team of Medical Secretaries and ensure the smooth day to day operations of the team, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

You act as the central point of contact within the team and towards other departments, ensuring strong collaboration and fast follow up on requests. In addition, you focus on developing your team so that, together, you achieve the predefined objectives and continuously improve the service delivery.
