Dalton is a CRO co-pilot helping growth teams ship experiments without developers. We are a small, ambitious team in Ghent building the future of self-improving websites.

You'll work directly with the founders, ship to production weekly, and see your work compound into real revenue lift for customers. We offer a hybrid setup in Wintercircus Ghent, equity, and a budget for hardware and learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience shipping production software.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js and React preferred.
• Bias toward shipping with strong opinions, loosely held.

Responsabilités

• Own meaningful slices of the experimentation runtime end-to-end.
• Design and ship features spanning ingestion, the optimization engine, and in-page experience.
• Pair with founders on architecture decisions and trade-offs between speed and durability.
• Talk to customers and turn their pain into product improvements.
