Dalton is seeking a Marketing Hacker to build our acquisition and activation strategy from scratch for our AI-powered self-improving websites. You will own the entire growth engine, including PLG onboarding, activation, and expansion, with direct impact on six-figure ARR.

You'll run experiments across messaging, pricing, flows and channels, own analytics setup with GA4 and Mixpanel, and partner with product to embed growth into our roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scaling B2B SaaS through product‑led growth.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel).
• Bonus: CRO or early‑stage startup experience.
• Hands-on growth function ownership.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale our PLG motion: onboarding that converts, activation that sticks, expansion that compounds.
• Own acquisition channels end‑to‑end: paid, organic, partnerships, whatever works.
• Run experiments constantly: messaging, pricing, flows, channels.
• Work directly with product to make growth part of what we build.
• Set up the analytics infrastructure.
