Exhibitly.ai is building a next-generation AI-enabled events platform from Ghent. We’re hiring a developer to shape the product surface and architecture, delivering end-to-end features with a strong focus on AI-powered interfaces and data-driven workflows.

You’ll work directly with the founders, own features from spec to production, and help scale a product that will define the events tech space globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production web applications.
• Strong in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data.
• AI-native developer: you code with AI as leverage.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
• Clear communicator with strong product intuition.

• Build and scale new products from zero. Search, dashboards, AI-powered interfaces, data-heavy flows.

• Bring ideas. You'll have a direct hand in product and architecture decisions.
• No middle layer. You work directly with the founders and the rest of the team.

Process

1. Intro call with Hendrik (CEO). Casual chat. We share where we're is going. You tell us what you're after.
2. Technical interview with Brent (CTO). Talk shop. Stack, architecture, how you've shipped things in the past.
3. Technical challenge ( on site in Ghent). Not an exam, but a way we learn how you think and operate.
4. Final chat and offer.
