Paradox seeks a hands‑on Growth builder to design, ship, and iterate experiments that move metrics. You’ll own funnels, landing pages in Webflow, and AI‑driven assets, delivering impact faster than traditional teams.

You’ll work remotely or from our Dubai offices, leveraging Claude Code daily to automate and accelerate growth. 2–3 years in Growth or CRO is preferred, with a portfolio of tests and results to show.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally SaaS/e‑commerce/digital products.
• Show what you’ve built and shipped: tests, landing pages, automations, audiences; portfolio > pedigree.
• You already use AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsabilités

• Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B Testing): design, launch, analyze tests; optimize headlines, pricing, offers.
• AI leverage: use Claude Code and lightweight automation to build prompt pipelines and ship assets.
• Map funnels and build landing pages in Webflow; set up automations and ensure flows work before scaling.
• Hunt friction: audit pages for drop‑offs, propose fixes, and ship tests immediately.
• Read data in GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity to uncover insights and eliminate vanity metrics.
• Contribute to channels & growth loops by testing new acquisition angles and briefing the Content Factory.
