Dalton is a CRO co-pilot helping growth teams ship experiments without developers. We are a small, ambitious team in Ghent building the future of self-improving websites.

You'll work directly with the founders, ship to production weekly, and see your work compound into real revenue lift for customers. We offer a hybrid setup in Wintercircus Ghent, equity, and a budget for hardware and learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience shipping production software.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js and React preferred.
• Bias toward shipping with strong opinions, loosely held.

• Design and ship features spanning ingestion, the optimization engine, and in-page experience.

We're hiring a talented and experienced Software Developer to help ship and scale our core product.

Dalton is an AI CRO co-pilot that lets growth teams ship experiments without developers. We're a small, ambitious team in Ghent building the future of self-improving websites.

We're at the rare stage where the product works, the customers are growing, and there's a huge amount of room to shape what we build next.

You'll work directly with the founders, ship to production every week, and see your work compound into real revenue lift for our customers.

What you'll do

• Own meaningful slices of our experimentation runtime end-to-end.
• Design and ship features that span ingestion, the bandit/optimization engine, and the in-page experience.
• Pair with the founders on architecture decisions and on the trade-offs between speed and durability.
• Talk to customers; turn their pain into product.

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience shipping production software — TypeScript / Node.js / React preferred.
• A bias toward shipping. Strong opinions, loosely held.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity: figuring out the problem before reaching for a solution.
• Cares about quality without over-engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with edge runtimes, low-latency systems, or A/B testing infra.
• Background in CRO, growth, or marketing technology.
• You've worked at an early-stage startup before.
