IBA Dosimetry, part of the global IBA group, develops software and devices for radiation therapy. You will join a small team of backend engineers and a UX/UI designer, working on software that connects detectors to measurement platforms and simulation tools.

The role focuses on backend development in C# .NET, API design (REST, gRPC), and CI/CD, with collaboration across Product and Project Managers and international teams. English proficiency required; Python and Angular are nice to have.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong backend expertise in C# .NET.
• Solid experience with API development and integration.
• Good communication in English.
• Problem‑solving mindset and strong motivation.

Responsabilités

Your Role

Cherry on the Cake

The total guaranteed annual compensation range for this position is:

• Belgium: €53,600 – €83,200
• Germany: €54,800 – €85,000

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender‑neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
