IBA Proton Therapy in Belgium seeks a Program Manager within the Product Management team to own end-to-end delivery of strategic medical-device programs, aligning market needs with business strategy and development execution.
You will lead cross-functional programs from market opportunity to launch and post-launch support, coordinate R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams, and drive value through disciplined governance and KPIs.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic medical-device programs, from market opportunity and business case through design, development, industrialization, launch, and post-launch transfer. The role aligns business strategy, customer value, technical execution, quality/compliance, cost, scope, schedule, and stakeholder satisfaction.
As a Program Manager, you are responsible for maximizing product value while ensuring successful execution of strategic development programs. You act as the key interface between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, quality and regulatory experts, manufacturing, and commercial organizations to transform market opportunities into impactful healthcare solutions.
Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 72 300 - 109 900 € The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender‑neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
