IBA, a global leader in advanced technologies for cancer treatment and industrial applications, is seeking a System Expert to drive development of complex electronic systems across multiple projects. You will translate requirements, lead cross‑functional teams, and oversee electronics, firmware, and embedded software efforts in healthcare and high‑performance industrial environments.

With a Master’s degree in Electronics or related field and 10–15 years of experience, you will shape

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Software, Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of experience in electronics development, embedded systems, or firmware.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
• Strong domain expertise in electronics, FPGA, and embedded software with broad system understanding.
• Experience with SoC architectures (AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera), FPGA, DSP, ARM.
• Hands-on experience with Altium, Vivado, Quartus, Git, Polarion, Teamcenter.
• Proven experience in high-speed PCB design, simulations, and EMC compliance.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards (IEC62304, ISO26262, DO-178/254) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Translate system requirements into electronics specifications and architectures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (systems, mechanics, software, quality, manufacturing)
• Provide technical leadership across electronics, firmware, and embedded software domains
• Design, develop, verify, and maintain electronics solutions for medical and industrial systems
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
• Drive progress in coordination with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Support validation, integration, and testing activities (unit testing, EMC, lab validation)
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
