Job summary

Phoenix Technologies is seeking a Software Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of IT licenses and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance. You will work with Procurement, IT and Finance to manage licenses, renewals, and usage governance.

Responsibilities include maintaining a current licenses database, analyzing contracts and usage data, and producing dashboards and KPIs to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Software Asset Management or related ITAM role.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive ownership.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and/or PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of major vendors’ license models and SAM/ITAM solutions.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with working English.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the complete lifecycle of IT licenses from request to renewal.
• Maintain an up-to-date licenses database.
• Analyze contracts and usage terms with Procurement, IT and Finance.
• Identify unused or oversized licenses and propose optimization.
• Define KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
