Job summary

Elia seeks a Software Asset Management specialist to strengthen IT licence management within the ASP service, combining administrative, analytical and case-tracking activities to support IT, Procurement and Finance teams.

The role covers the complete licence lifecycle, analyzes contracts and usage data, and proposes optimizations. It contributes to cost control, compliance and continuous improvement of SAM processes in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or ITAM.
• Strong understanding of licence models and terms of use.
• Ability to analyze usage data and identify optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT licence lifecycle from request to renewal.
• Analyze licence contracts and clauses in collaboration with IT, Procurement and Finance.
• Maintain accurate licence data, renewals and retirement status in the SAM system.
• Provide analyses, dashboards and reports for management to drive cost control and compliance.
• Identify unused or oversized software and propose optimisation recommendations.
