Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of software assets, ensure contractual compliance, and drive cost optimization across departments. The role requires strong data analysis skills and collaboration with procurement and finance teams.

You will manage licenses, maintain asset databases, and monitor usage to identify savings opportunities, delivering dashboards and reports for management decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or IT Procurement.
• Knowledge of SAM/ITAM solutions and licensing models for major software publishers.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Administrative rigor and analytical mindset.
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.

Responsibilities
