Kurv Industrial is seeking a Site Supervisor for a large-scale infrastructure project in and around Antwerp. You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise execution, and lead site teams to ensure work is performed safely and to plan.

The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English. You will report to the project team and contribute to safe, efficient delivery on a major project.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sites within construction, civil works or industrial projects.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of site execution and coordination.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English.

• Ensure that works are executed according to drawings, specifications, permits, and method statements.
• Report progress, risks, issues, and deviations to the project team.
• Support coordination between site execution, planning, quality, and engineering.

Key Requirements

• Experience in site supervision within construction, civil works, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong practical technical knowledge of site execution.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Good understanding of safety, quality, and planning requirements.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
