Kurv Industrial is seeking a Design Coordinator for a large-scale infrastructure program around Antwerp. You will coordinate design activities across engineering, execution, planning, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

You will review deliverables, manage design progress, document changes, and translate design information into execution-ready docs, while maintaining strict document control.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design on civil/infra projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with document control systems.
• Experience on large-scale projects is an asset.

In the context of a large-scale, multi-year infrastructure project in and around Antwerp, we are looking for a Design Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities between engineering, execution, planning, and external stakeholders.
• Review design deliverables for consistency, feasibility, and constructability.
• Monitor design progress and identify design-related risks or bottlenecks.
• Facilitate technical alignment meetings and follow up actions.
• Support the translation of design information into execution-ready documentation.
• Ensure design changes are properly documented and communicated.

Key Requirements

• Experience in design coordination, engineering coordination, or technical project coordination.
• Background in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Ability to understand drawings, technical specifications, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Structured approach to document control, follow-up, and technical decision-making.
• Experience with large-scale projects is an asset.
