Kurv Industrial is seeking a Buyer to support an optimal and timely procurement process for a large-scale infrastructure project around Antwerp. You will work with tender and execution teams to obtain economical prices for services and materials, while focusing on scheduling, technical requirements, risk management, and QHSES.

You will negotiate terms, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and report progress to the Head of Procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering projects.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical requirements and project documentation.
• Commercially driven with attention to planning, quality, safety, and risk.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and/or English.

In the context of a large-scale, multi-year infrastructure project in and around Antwerp, we are looking for a Buyer. In this role, you will support an optimal and timely procurement process in consultation and cooperation with the tender and execution teams. This applies to both the tender phase and the execution phase. Your focus is on obtaining the most economical price for services and materials, with a sharp eye for scheduling, technical requirements, risk management, and QHSES. You will maintain close contact with the project teams and report to the Head of Procurement.
