Kurv Industrial is seeking a Site Supervisor for a large-scale infrastructure project in and around Antwerp. You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise execution, and lead site teams to ensure work is performed safely and to plan.

The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English. You will report to the project team and contribute to safe, efficient delivery on a major project.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sites within construction, civil works or industrial projects.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of site execution and coordination.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities.
• Monitor execution quality, safety, planning, and productivity.
• Guide workers, subcontractors and site teams during construction.
• Ensure works follow drawings, permits and method statements.
• Report progress, risks and deviations to the project team.
• Support coordination between site execution, planning, quality and engineering.
