Davinsi Labs is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our MSP MDR platform. You will design and implement zero-touch production concepts across the MSP technology stack, focusing on reliability, scalability, automation, and efficiency for our MSP customers.

Key technologies include AWS, Nutanix Prism, HashiCorp Vault/TF, Ansible, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, GitHub, and SSO. You will work on IAM, secret management, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to engineering

Responsabilités

Design and implement zero-touch production concepts across all levels of our MSP technology stack, leveraging Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Enterprise Security, Cribl Stream and Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR automation and orchestration to enhance operational efficiency.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure architecture with a focus on AWS, Nutanix Prism, Microsoft Azure and Rocky Linux, including IAM solutions like SSO based on Entra ID and PingIdentity PingOne.
Develop automation capabilities for all value services through CI/CD pipelines design and development.
Manage version control using GitHub and utilize release management tools to streamline software deployment.
Implement secret management solutions like HashiCorp HCP Vault for MSP backends.
Generate and automate documentation using Atlassian Confluence to ensure comprehensive system documentation.
