Job summary

Koda Tech is seeking a Security Engineer to join a growing cyber security team focused on delivering modern Microsoft security solutions for enterprise clients. You will implement, configure and optimize security technologies while strengthening cyber resilience and aligning with NIS2 requirements.

This hands-on engineering role involves security roadmaps, compliance initiatives and security transformation projects, collaborating with consultants, architects and clients to improve security

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Microsoft Security or Endpoint Security.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and Identity & Access Management.
• Good understanding of NIS2 and its practical implementation within organisations.
• Experience contributing to security improvement plans, roadmaps or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and modern security architectures.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

• Perform security remediation following audits, assessments and reviews.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects and clients on security improvements.
• Monitor, maintain and continuously improve security controls and configurations.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
