Ardmac is seeking experienced Site Managers for Europe, including Belgium, to safely deliver interior fit-out projects on time and within budget. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with Ardmac safety and quality standards.

The role requires a proven track record in site management within data centre or controlled environments, strong knowledge of fit-out processes, and the ability to manage contracts and valuations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Previous track record in site management.
• Experience of data centre or other industrial / controlled environment construction strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of interior fit out projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and best practice, technologies and materials.
• Measurement and valuation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles.
• Provide information, instruction and training to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and risk assessments.
• Review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites.
• Ensure works installed as per drawings and inspected for compliance with specifications.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans for relevant sites.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.
• Carry day-to-day activities in a professional manner in line with company systems and procedures.

Job Purpose

We are currently recruiting for Site Managers in Europe including Belgium for data centre projects - experience of managing fit out in controlled environments is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering an interior fit-out project on time and to budget, the contracts and works under their control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles
• The provision of or ensuring that information, instruction and training is provided to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and the content of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work.
• Ensuring the review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites.
• Ensuring all works installed as per correct issue of drawings and that works are inspected to ensure compliance to specification.
• Ensuring environmental management plans are developed and implemented for all relevant sites
• Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.
• Carrying all day to day activities in a professional manner in line with our companies systems and procedures.
