Ardmac is seeking Site Managers in Europe, including Belgium, to safely deliver interior fit-out projects on time and on budget. You will lead project teams, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with clients and subcontractors across multiple sites.

Experience in data centres or similar controlled environments is highly valued, as is knowledge of interior fit-out methods. The role offers a strong benefit package and opportunities to advance within a respected international contractor.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles.
• Provide information, instruction and training to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and risk assessments.
• Review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites.
• Ensure works installed as per drawings and are inspected for compliance to specification.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans for all relevant sites.
• Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.
• Carry out day to day activities in a professional manner in line with Ardmac systems and procedures.

Job Purpose

We are currently recruiting for Site Managers in Europe including Belgium for data centre projects - experience of managing fit out in controlled environments is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering an interior fit-out project on time and to budget, the contracts and works under their control.

• Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles
• The provision of or ensuring that information, instruction and training is provided to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and the content of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work.
• Ensuring the review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites.
• Ensuring all works installed as per correct issue of drawings and that works are inspected to ensure compliance to specification.
• Ensuring environmental management plans are developed and implemented for all relevant sites
• Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.
• Carrying all day to day activities in a professional manner in line with our companies systems and procedures.
