Mindcor-InterSearch is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take operational ownership of medium to large construction projects in Belgium, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from site preparation through to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, translate schedules into clear weekly and daily site priorities, and maintain strict safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years' experience in site management or comparable leadership.
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, and quantities.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM exposure would be advantageous.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Practical, proactive and solution-focused leadership style.

This opportunity is for an experienced Site Manager to take operational ownership of medium to large construction projects in Belgium, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from site preparation through to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, materials, and daily construction activities, while keeping projects aligned with programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading day-to-day site operations across medium to large building projects.
