E-Frontiers is seeking a Contracts Manager for data centre developments in the Benelux region. You will oversee delivery from groundworks to commissioning, coordinating with Client, Design Team, and external delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across 2–3 projects.

Lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and chair progress meetings while ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance across all phases. 8–10+ years of Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor background preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• 8-10+ years' experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration.
• Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds.
• Data centre experience advantageous but not essential.

Role Overview

The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery of a high-specification Data Centre developments in the Benelux region, having oversight across all aspects of the builds from groundworks through to commissioning and handovers.

In this role you will oversee 2/3 projects concurrently showing leadership to the site teams while also requiring close collaboration with the Client, Design Team, and external delivery teams, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
