Johnson & Johnson in Geel, Belgium, is seeking a Facility Engineer within the E&PS group to lead the design, maintenance and operation of buildings, HVAC, utilities and production support. The role reports to the Senior Site Facilities Manager and will be based on site.

You will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, EHS and Quality to ensure safe, compliant and reliable infrastructure, manage work orders, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline, facility management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, utilities or technical services, pharma/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of building management and maintenance processes; comfortable with digital tools.
• Clear, respectful communication and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple actions.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with safety, quality and compliance focus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety, quality and compliance per EH&S, GMP/GxP and company requirements.
• Be the trusted contact for assigned buildings, coordinating requests and priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day facility activities with internal teams and external providers.
• Manage contractor area and on-site logistics including space, parking and access.
• Oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for buildings and utilities.
• Prioritize work orders, coordinate interventions and track improvements.
• Proactively address alarms, risks and continuity with relevant experts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality and Supply Chain and report KPIs.
• Support campus-wide investments and coordinate contractor management.
• Maintain a safe, inspection-ready environment for colleagues and contractors.
