Johnson & Johnson in Geel, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer Projects who combines maintenance expertise with project leadership to integrate maintenance requirements into capital projects.

The role sits in GET Maintenance & Reliability, collaborating with Operations, Engineering and Quality to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient asset performance; requires 5+ years in maintenance/engineering, GMP exposure, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Maintenance/Project Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM preferred) and Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Represent maintenance and reliability in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Review designs for maintainability, reliability and cost of ownership.
• Ensure maintenance deliverables from concept through handover.
• Define maintenance strategies for new and modified assets.
• Coordinate readiness for new installations and start-up.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
