Johnson & Johnson in Geel, Belgium, seeks a Senior Maintenance Engineer Projects to lead maintenance and reliability across capital projects. You will integrate maintenance requirements from concept to commissioning, coordinating asset lifecycle and reliability strategies with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance engineering, project engineering, and asset management, with GMP experience as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in Maintenance Engineering, Project Engineering, Asset Management or Reliability Engineering
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, asset lifecycle management, equipment design and reliability principles
• Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP PM preferred) and proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Responsabilités

• Act as the Maintenance & Reliability representative within multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring maintenance requirements and reliability principles are integrated throughout the project lifecycle
• Review engineering designs, specifications, and project deliverables for maintainability, reliability, spare parts strategy and total cost of ownership
• Challenge project teams to ensure solutions align with GMP requirements and long-term asset management
• Support capital and improvement projects from concept through commissioning and handover with maintenance deliverables
• Define and implement maintenance strategies for new and modified assets, including preventive and predictive maintenance opportunities
• Coordinate maintenance readiness for new installations ensuring documentation, procedures, spare parts, and resources are in place
