Dow Belgium in Seneffe is seeking a Production Engineer to join our Silicone Manufacturing team. You will work at the heart of operations, turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions that improve safety, reliability and productivity.

You will partner with operators, maintenance, automation engineers and manufacturing leaders to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Initial manufacturing/industrial experience; chemical industry is a plus.
• Fluent in French with good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise to drive safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Lead process optimization and asset performance initiatives using data and MET practices.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations; implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Dow's global technical network to solve complex process challenges.
• Maintain strong field presence to support front-line teams and safety.
• Analyze process trends and KPIs to proactively identify risks and improve operations.
• Serve as a technical resource during plant upsets and unplanned events.
