You will bridge Operations and Engineering, drive continuous improvement, lead a large production team, and ensure strong KPI performance with Lean methods. Fluency in French and Dutch is required due to a bilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical knowledge essential.
• Substantial experience as an Operations Manager in a technical industrial environment.
• Experience with cellular manufacturing is a must.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is required.
• Lean Manufacturing experience with KPI focus is essential.
