Agfa-Gevaert in Belgium is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing methods that ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient production. You will work within the production environment with Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Business teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Key responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, driving efficiency, and leading projects across departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or experienced Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with process analysis, data analysis, and performance management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, reducing losses, optimizing processes, and improving equipment reliability.
• Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency, and lead improvement projects across production and supporting departments.
• Facilitate and support change management activities.
• Ensure that improvements are properly documented, standardized, and embedded within operational processes.
