Agfa-Gevaert in Belgium is seeking a Process Engineer for the Production/Finishing Department to develop manufacturing methods that ensure safety, high quality and cost-efficiency in production.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Supply Chain and Business teams to improve safety, quality, delivery performance and productivity through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or an experienced Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with process analysis, data analysis, and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve issues arising during the manufacturing process.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying improvements, reducing losses, and improving productivity.
• Lead projects across production and supporting departments to enhance quality, safety and cost efficiency.
