LEADINGPARTNERS seeks an experienced Operations Director for a Belgian automotive parts site. You will hold full operational responsibility and lead production, maintenance, quality, and logistics, driving improvement initiatives across the value chain.

Lead the local management team, ensure safety, and deliver on productivity, quality and cost targets while collaborating with European group functions. Fluent English and French are expected.

• Proven leadership in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Strong track record in productivity, quality, and delivery improvements
• Experience with transformation and lean programs

Responsabilités

• Full operational leadership of the Belgian manufacturing site
• Manage production, maintenance, quality, industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, HSE and continuous improvement
• Ensure delivery performance, quality, productivity, cost efficiency and safety
• Drive efficiency improvements, throughput, scrap reduction and KPI leadership
• Lead and develop local management with a transparent performance culture
• Coordinate with executive management, finance, sales, HR and European group functions
• Oversee transformation, restructuring and site improvement initiatives
• Oversee budget, investments and cost structure optimization
• Manage stakeholders including customers, suppliers and employee representatives
