La Lorraine Bakery Group seeks a Digital Change Project Manager to drive the digital transformation of our Frozen Bakery plants across Europe. You bridge Operations and IT & Data, translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions, and own end-to-end delivery from idea to adoption on the shop floor.

Fluent in English with 5+ years in manufacturing, you will lead multi-site projects, prioritise requirements with Operational Excellence, and ensure measurable benefits in waste, quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or equivalent through experience, and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or FMCG, with real shopfloor exposure.
• Proven track record owning projects end to end in a multi-site or international context.
• Strong in business analysis: move from vague business complaint to a clear, testable functional requirement.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel 15-20% across European sites.
• Familiar with manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP production modules and with reporting platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a strong asset.

• Drive the digital transformation of Frozen Bakery plants across Europe and ensure initiatives deliver real shopfloor impact in waste, quality and efficiency.
• Bridge Operations and IT & Data, translating business challenges into scalable digital solutions and owning end-to-end delivery from idea to adoption.
• Coordinate improvements across processes, master data, ways of working and roles; define baseline and track benefits post go-live.
• Train, coach and lead by example; build a strong user network to enable self-sufficiency at plants.
• Partner with Operational Excellence to prioritise requirements and align the digital roadmap with business value.
