NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Project Leader for the FMCG sector to drive transformation and consulting projects for Benelux clients. You will lead client engagements, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with teams across consulting, digital, data, AI, cybersecurity, and application services.

You will guide workshops, manage KPIs and SLAs, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to business growth in a multicultural, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, project management, service delivery management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Proven or demonstrated ability to manage and lead consultants and project teams.
• Knowledge of FMCG sector is highly valued; experience in other industrial sectors is relevant.
• Strong project management skills including work plans, KPIs, SLAs, risks, and change requests.
• Experience contributing to commercial proposals and business development for large industrial clients.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage client projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at required quality.
• Coordinate and support consultants assigned to projects, fostering strong team performance and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and develop new project initiatives.
• Develop technical and business proposals and contribute to client presentations and negotiations.
• Support business development activities with strategic industrial and multinational accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Digital Strategy, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Application Services.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and change management.

Formation

Master's degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
