TVH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to drive hands-on CI on the warehouse and logistics floor. You will coach teams, lead practical improvement initiatives, and collaborate with logistics engineers and shop-floor leaders to embed a culture of daily continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, training, and cross-team collaboration with a strong link to day-to-day logistics activities. A strong bias for action and field presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in logistics or operations.
• Proven coaching and training ability.
• Fluent Dutch and French; English a plus.
• Hands-on, shop-floor oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead CI projects end-to-end with data-driven decisions.
• Coach and train floor teams on CI tools and methods.
• Share learnings across logistics teams to build a strong CI culture.
• Onboard and mentor trainer backups and provide ongoing coaching.
• Work closely with operators and team leaders on the shop floor.
• Identify safety, quality, delivery and efficiency issues and drive root-cause solutions.
• Ensure improvement actions become standard daily practice.
