You will work within the EMEA CI team to embed continuous improvement, support safety, quality, cost and service improvements, and coach teams across shifts.

The role emphasizes problem‑solving, data‑driven improvements and collaboration with different functions to deliver tangible results in a fast‑paced retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail or engineering environments is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the Distribution Centre, aiming to improve safety, quality, cost and service performance.
• Partner with operational teams to identify process inefficiencies, remove waste and implement sustainable improvements.
• Apply problem‑solving tools and data insights to investigate root causes and reduce recurring issues.
• Coach and embed lean thinking and CI principles across teams and shifts.
• Contribute to CI governance, standards and improvement programmes, including idea-generation initiatives.
• Support projects, testing activities and new initiatives, monitoring results and ensuring smooth implementation.
