TVH Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to work hands-on in our Belgium logistics operations. You will partner with warehouse teams to identify and solve on-floor issues, driving practical improvements in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.

You bring 3–5 years in logistics or a similar environment, fluent in Dutch and French with English as a plus, and a pragmatic, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics or operational experience.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Experience in process improvement or CI methods.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and action-oriented.
• Willing to work on shop floor and solve problems.

Responsabilités

Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Continuous Improvement Practitioner, you work closely with our logistics teams to improve the way daily operations run. Your focus is on practical improvements on the work floor: making processes safer, smoother, faster and more reliable.You spend a lot of time in the warehouse and logistics operations, talking to team leaders and operators, understanding how work is really done and helping teams solve concrete problems. You support small to medium improvement initiatives and a limited number of larger projects, always with a strong link to day-to-day logistics activities.You are not a “theory consultant”, but a hands-on facilitator who helps teams turn ideas into action.What you will doBe present in logistics operations and work closely with teams on the floor.Help teams identify problems in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.Guide teams in analyzing issues and finding practical, workable solutions.Support and follow up improvement actions to make sure they are really applied in daily work.Facilitate improvement activities such as shop floor walks, problem-solving sessions and improvement meetings.Support logistics teams with basic improvement tools (e.g. root cause analysis, simple measurements, action plans).Lead a limited number of structured improvement projects from start to finish.Collect and use operational data to support improvement decisions.Work together with logistics engineers, team leaders and support departments.Help build a culture where continuous improvement is part of everyday logistics work.You report to the Continuous Improvement Expert and work closely with logistics and operational stakeholders.Your profileYou have 3–5 years of working experience, in logistics or an operational environment (warehouse, distribution, transport, production, etc.) is a plus.You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French, knowledge of English is a big plus.You have experience in project and change management.You understand how logistics operations work and feel comfortable on the shop floor.You have experience with process improvement or problem-service work (formal CI knowledge is a plus, not a must).You are hands-on, pragmatic and action-oriented.You communicate easily with operators, team leaders and managers.You are able to deal with resistance and help people move forward step by step.You listen well, ask the right questions and help teams find their own solutions.Leadership experience is not required; credibility, maturity and practical mindset are key.Your motivation, mindset and logistics background are more important than your degree.Our offerA full-time role in an international and growing company.A strongly operational position with visible impact on daily logistics activities.A flexible working setup with a good balance between on-site presence and home working.Close collaboration with experienced Continuous Improvement and logistics engineering colleagues.Opportunities to develop yourself through training and hands-on learningA professional environment where ownership, initiative and improvement are encouraged#LI-EM1
