Bleckmann België N.V. is seeking a Supervisor – Warehouse Shift Leader in Ertvelde, Belgium. You will lead either the early or late shift, managing Team Leaders and warehouse employees to achieve departmental objectives and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, experience in managing large groups, strong communication skills in Dutch and English, and a good understanding of logistics and warehouse management processes.

Supervisor – Warehouse Shift Leader

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee either the early or late shift, leading the Team Leaders and Warehouse employees to meet and exceed department objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve all departmental objectives.
• Analyze department results and propose improvements.
• Improve productivity and efficiency.
• Make improvement proposals to enhance services and increase customer satisfaction.
• Minimize errors and shorten lead times.
• Conduct consultations within and outside the department.
• Act as the point of contact for both the internal organization and suppliers related to the department.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate Team Leaders.
• Coach and motivate the team and train new employees.
• Work within a continuous process improvement environment across our network organization.
• Report to the Operation Manager.

Working hours: Monday – Friday; shift 5:48–13:48 or 14:00–22:00. Overtime during peak season is expected.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at working and thinking level.
• Demonstrable experience managing large groups.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Decisive, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible, stress‑resistant, and able to work overtime during peak periods.
