Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Microsoft 365 expert to support a global Workplace platform. You’ll partner with L2/L3 teams to keep collaboration running smoothly across a large international organization.

You will provide hands-on SharePoint user support, translate business needs into technical specs, and resolve how-to tickets in English. The role includes on-site discovery sessions and driving adoption across thousands of users.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365, with practical deployment experience.
• Strong command of English for effective ticket resolution and user communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for support teams.
• Comfortable engaging with end users and cross-functional support teams in a global organization.
