La Lorraine Bakery Group is seeking an experienced IT Workplace Engineer M365 to own and advance our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, focusing on SharePoint Online, Teams, CoPilot governance, and Power Platform.

You will manage tenant configuration, information architecture, and security governance while collaborating with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to improve the employee digital workplace. Hybrid work with one remote day per week is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
• At least five years of experience as IT Workplace Engineer M365 or similar in an international organisation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint Online, Teams, CoPilot, Intune, Power Platform) and governance best practices.
• Strong understanding of workplace security (Zero Trust, vulnerability remediation) and IdP/CA governance.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting; Copilot governance is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Manage tenant configuration, site provisioning and information architecture with architects.
• Administer and optimize Intune for device management and endpoint lifecycle.
• Govern Power Platform tenants and enable secure, scalable automation solutions.
• Govern Entra ID, AD, CA governance and access management; second/third line support.
• Contribute to platform governance, runbooks, and best practices; participate in on-call rotation after 6 months.

As IT Workplace Engineer M365, you become part of the IT Workplace team and help shape and continuously improve our modern workplace ecosystem.

You play a key role in managing and evolving the four core domains: Identity, Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Endpoint Management, and Workplace Security & Operations.

This role will focus mainly on the Sharepoint, Power Platform and CoPilot governance and is ideal for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional who wants to combine technical depth with governance, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Function

• You own and further develop the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and related services.
• You own the SharePoint Online platform, including tenant configuration and site provisioning, and work closely with the Information & Knowledge Architect to ensure a structured and effective information architecture.
• You manage the Power Platform tenant and collaborate closely with the Workplace Intelligent Automation Engineer to enable secure, scalable and well-governed automation solutions.
• You manage and support the CoPilot platformYou contribute to workplace automation, standardization and operational excellence across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• You manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access and identity governance processes to ensure secure and reliable access management.
• You administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, application deployment and endpoint lifecycle management.
• You maintain workplace security controls, including endpoint hardening, patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• You act as a second- and third-line escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and workplace-related issues.
• You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects and IT colleagues to continuously improve the employee digital workplace experience.
• You contribute to platform governance, operational standards, documentation, runbooks and best practices across the Workplace domain.
• After 6 months, you will join the on-call rotation, maximum 1 week/month.

As an IT Workplace Engineer you will report to the IT Workplace Manager.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Informatics, Computer Science or a related field and have at least five years of experience as an IT Workplace Engineer M365 or in a comparable function within an international organisation.
• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, CoPilot, Intune and the Power Platform, and are familiar with governance and lifecycle management best practices.
• You have a solid understanding of workplace security, including Zero Trust principles, endpoint management, vulnerability remediation and Microsoft security solutions. Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Copilot governance is a strong asset.
• You are analytical, customer-focused and eager to drive continuous improvement.
• You communicate effectively in Dutch and English. A good working knowledge of French is a plus.
