TJ Recla in Brussels is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to maintain and optimize SharePoint 2016/2019 environments, ensuring stability and reliability for business users.

You will automate routine tasks with PowerShell, implement governance and security controls, manage permissions and content, and collaborate with IT and business teams to support operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint 2016/2019 environments in medium to large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms including administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.
• Understanding of identity management, authentication methods, access control models, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to manage SharePoint structure, permissions, content organisation and governance.
• Familiarity with SQL Server components and databases supporting SharePoint solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent English communication; knowledge of French is a plus.

• Analyse, diagnose, and remediate incidents affecting platform availability, user access, authentication, or system performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to deliver support, knowledge transfer, and operational guidance.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms, including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, and operational support.
