Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the implementation of platform applications across Asset Management, ITSM, and ITOM, ensuring high platform health and integration quality. You will lead technical implementations, support the platform architect, and ensure quality configuration and testing in an Agile, onsite Brussels setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with platform development and administration
• 3+ years experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Expertise in ServiceNow components: Workflow, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
• Hands-on ITSM and ITOM Discovery implementations
• Technical knowledge of CMDB and CSDM and their relation to platform processes
• Proven experience designing and implementing at least two integrations with external systems
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and at least one CIS or Developer certificate
• Experience in Agile delivery teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
• Nice to have: Asset/Software/Hardware Asset Management expertise
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification as a bonus
• Experience documenting detailed technical designs

Our client, a prominent organization in the Belgian transportation sector, is looking for a technical lead to drive the implementation of various platform applications. The project focuses on designing and developing robust solutions across modules like Asset Management, ITSM, and ITOM while ensuring high platform health and integration quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of diverse applications including Asset Management, HR, and ITSM.
• Support the platform architect in designing complex technical solutions and detailed architectures.
• Deliver high-quality configuration and development work, including system integration testing and ATF creation.
• Provide technical leadership to other consultants through peer reviews and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Ensure long-term platform health by strictly adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Serve as the third-line support contact for resolving production issues and creating technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant including platform development and administration.
• 3+ years experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) for setup and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow technical components such as Workflow, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Hands-on experience implementing ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules.
• Technical knowledge of CMDB and CSDM and their functional relationship to platform processes.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing at least two integrations with external, non-ServiceNow systems.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Developer certificate.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Expertise in the technical implementation of Asset Management, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Possession of a ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
• Experience in preparing and documenting detailed technical designs.
