Job summary

ABB Electrification is seeking a senior transformation leader in Diegem, Belgium, to drive ERP and CRM optimisation. You will oversee SAP deployments, EDI integrations, and Salesforce enhancements, coordinating across IT, Sales, and Operations to deliver measurable improvements.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma in multi-workstream projects, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Hybrid work model with a focus on delivering value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, process excellence, project management or related field.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration, optimization and integration experience.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience including data management and reporting.
• Lean Six Sigma and CI methodology with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Set up, implementing, and managing EDI-connectivity and data exchange initiatives.
• Lead SAP implementations (S/4HANA migrations, digitalization) from planning to adoption.
• Drive process standardization, efficiency, and quality in SAP environments.
• Act as SFDC champion, optimize CRM and enable user adoption.
• Manage cross-functional transformation programs and stakeholder alignment.

Each day, you will lead strategic initiatives that span EDI connectivity, SAP optimization, Salesforce excellence, and operational transformation — working across Customer Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, IT, and Business Excellence to deliver measurable impact.This role is contributing to ABB Electrification in Diegem, Belgium.Main stakeholders are Customer Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Business Excellence, and international teams.Reporting Manager: Local Business Unit Manager ABB Electrification Belux.Work model: hybrid.You will be mainly accountable for:Setting up, implementing, and managing EDI-connectivity solutions with customers and external partners to ensure seamless data exchange and integration across platforms.Leading business and IT transformation projects as Project Manager — including SAP implementations (S/4HANA migrations, Conga deployments, digitalization programs) — from planning through execution, change management, and user adoption.Identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvements within SAP environments and related systems, with a focus on process standardization, efficiency, and quality.Acting as Salesforce (SFDC) Champion and key user, coordinating CRM optimization, user adoption, and delivery of customer and market intelligence through the platform.Initiating and executing Operational Excellence programs focused on efficiency, standardization, quality improvement, and organizational culture transformation.Our team dynamicsYou will join a collaborative team where continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence are core values.
