Movu Robotics in Belgium is seeking a Product Expert to manage the knowledge base for a product range and support our technical field team in service and maintenance tasks.
You will handle product data, remotely assist field teams, create training materials, and drive enhancements by feeding insights to product management. A hands-on mindset and travel up to 30% are expected.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
- 3 years experience in a technical service or commissioning.
- Willing to travel 30% of the time worldwide.
- Dutch and English; French a plus.
Responsabilités
- Manage technical data for product range and make it available for technicians and helpdesk.
- Remotely support field team and act as escalation point.
- Create training materials for the technical team.
- Be the product information contact and feedback channel to product owner/manager.
- Develop structure and tools for how service engineers should work.
- Monitor serviceability and drive design improvements in next release.
- Coordinate field actions to execute product changes and translate customer needs to product management.
