Tetra Pak in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium (or Utrecht, Netherlands) seeks a Service Engineer to deliver preventive maintenance and technical services at customer sites across Benelux. You will be part of a professional team supporting customers with timely, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electromechanics.
• 3–5 years' experience in industrial installation, maintenance or service work.
• Good English (spoken/written); French or Dutch valued.

Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that's why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineers to join our team in Belgium.
As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company's reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That's why we consider this role to be of great importance.
Locations Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium or Utrecht, Netherlands

What you will do

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak Processing Equipment at Customer Site
• Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
• Preparing quality reports in a timely manner: technical assistance reports, maintenance reports etc
• Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers' concerns and problems.
• Drive Issue Resolution, by communicating with customers and internally within the company.
• Expected travelling of more than 80% within Benelux and France (and occasionally other EU countries).

We believe you have

• Technical education in Electromechanics
• 3 to 5 years' experience of industrial installations, maintenance and/or service work
• Enthusiastic, service oriented and flexible team player
• No nonsense attitude, able to take responsibility for customer equipment and satisfaction
• English knowledge in word and writing (French or Dutch will be valued)
• Computer skills (MS Office skills)
• Compliance with all safety regulations
• Experience in food processing is a plus (dairy, beverage, cheese, prepared food)
• Great problem-solving skills
• It is a big plus if you know our Processing equipment (Filling machines & Distribution equipment)
• Knowledge in PLC and HMI is an added advantage
• Class B driver's license
