Be-Mobile, headquartered in Ghent, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to combine customer interaction with hands-on operations. You’ll become an expert in our ticketing processes and work with engineering, product teams and the operational team to ensure customers get maximum value and smooth delivery.

You’ll contribute to improving how we deliver our services with a structured and proactive approach, while keeping a strong customer focus. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• First experience in customer support or service delivery.
• Able to dive into complex tickets and technical issues.
• Analytical and structured mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Delivering excellent service to customers and handling tickets end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the Operational Account Manager and engineering teams.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements; contribute to documentation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them internally.
• Help strengthen service delivery capabilities across the organization.
